Whisk two eggs in a bowl.

Heat a non stick pan on MED/LOW. Melt a whack of butter in the pan.

Pour eggs in the pan leave cook for 30 SECONDS

Then using a SOFT SPATULA draw in and fold. DON'T OVER COOK.

SERVE AND ENJOY!
