Today's challenge:
Waking up early, Mark Wahlberg wakes up at 2:30am, michelle obama is at the gym at 4:30am, Tim apple wakes up 3:45, Dwayne the rock johnson wakes up at 3:30am and Elon musk doesn't sleep
But I never really believed in this, it always sounds like just changing the time when you sleep.
Why do this? Do the pros outweigh the cons?
There are lots of claims, (better sleep, peak state, love life more, more confidence), those I'm very skeptical about, but these are the most interesting:
1. productivity
2. no food, get shredded
3. it will build a routine
4. Social life, friends, family, and relationship, I have a girlfriend…
We’re going to track these things for the next 30 days, let's go.
