How to enable dual sim calling ask for sim 1 sim 2 in vivo

This is my Vivo mobile. I'm having a problem with my mobile number. When I call this number. Then the option to call from SIM One or SIM two does not come here. But in the case of other numbers, there is an option to call from SIM 1 or SIM 2.
Click on the contact number on which only one Sim call is going.
