How I wake up at 5AM everyday at Oxford University with ADHD (Building A Productive Sleep Routine)
For the past two months, I've been waking up at 5AM every day to optimise for my ADHD. I was simply sick of staying up late to finish off work I couldn't complete in the day because I procrastinated too long on it. Here I share my 5 tips for building a productive sleep routine with ADHD at Oxford University. I've read every sleep productivity book under the sun and it just wasn't working for me, until it clicked. I'm even able to tackle my time blindness better because of this new approach.
