Slow Sink Drain Kitchen | Not the Trap

My double sing has a common drain / trap and when one sink is drained, water backs up into the other sink. I have already cleaned out the trap but it did not solved the problem. I suspect the drain pipe is clogged up with grease form 20 years of use. Let's get started.
